Welcome to Parrot ("Service"), a service provided by CheatCode Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website at https://codewithparrot.com and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CheatCode Software LLC provides Parrot, a platform for generating code snippets using AI technology and managing existing snippets. Users can create private snippets or share snippets with team members in shared projects.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CheatCode Software LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you create using our Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payments, GitHub for authentication, and Amazon Web Services Bedrock for generating code snippets. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CheatCode Software LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
